• Hand wash recommended for the utmost durability.
• Dishwasher safe. This however is not recommended because the composition of most cleaning products combined with the hot water can cause loss of lustre on the glaze, colour fading or loss of gold/platinum trim. Should you choose to dish-wash, do so on the most delicate washing cycle available on your dishwasher.
• Only wash using warm water and a mild soap. It is best to avoid the use of abrasive products.

Exchange: An item can be exchanged for another item of the same value or for store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping items back to us. All exchanges must be approved by us via email.
