Returns: Laíny Home does not accept returns at this time.

Exchange: An item can be exchanged for another item of the same value within 7 days of receiving the item. Items eligible for exchange must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping items back to us. All exchanges must be approved by us via email.

Sale items: All sale items are FINAL SALE, ineligible for exchanges.
