Shipping Policy
International Shipping: Please be aware that your package may be subject to a customs fee, which can add up to 25% to your order. Please advise that you can access the custom payments by entering your tracking number on the website of the carrier used for shipping. Click here to access custom payments for UPS orders.
- You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your items are ready to be shipped. You can also view your order's status by clicking on the button in your confirmation email.
Lost/Stolen Package: If you are experiencing any difficulties with your package you must contact the carrier directly.
If the package is lost, please file a claim and email the documentation to us. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the shipping carrier to locate the package. If 6 weeks pass and there is no resolution, please contact us to discuss further action.
If the carrier info incorrectly claims that a package was delivered, please allow up to 3-4 business days for the package to show up. Then, reach out to the post office directly. Laíny Home does not compensate for stolen packages.
Return to Sender Policy: If a package is returned to sender, we will contact you for the correct address. Unless the issue with the package was due to the company's negligence, the shipping cost is covered by the customer.
